Make sure to include information from your purchase such as transaction, order, receipt ID, and any other details. If PayPal was used, please provide the email address associated with your PayPal account.

If the purchase was made on your iPhone or iPad and you would like to request a refund, click the "Report a Problem" link in the email receipt and follow the instructions.
