We support PayPal, Cherry Credits, and payments via Facebook. If you have an issue with any of these payment methods, please contact us and provide the transaction, order, or receipt ID and a copy of the purchase confirmation email for us to confirm your purchase.
If you are having issues with purchases or offers via the Paymentwall portal, please click on the help button in the Paymentwall section of the purchase popup and follow the instructions.
