If you lost access to your account, forgot your password, forgot your username or lost your Facebook Account and you are looking to get it restored, please contact us and provide as much of the the following information as possible:

• Facebook User ID Number or Link to the Facebook Account in question
• Email address associated with the account
• Username registered to the account
• Hunter ID or Link to the hunter profile page of the account in question

You will also need to provide proof of ownership of the account before we restore it to you.  This is usually done in a follow up contact email using the email address that initially registered the account.
