If you are having problems loading the mobile app, first try clearing the app from memory.

  • On most Android devices tap the menu button and swipe the app sideways towards the edge of the screen.
  • On iOS devices double tap the home button and then swipe the app upwards towards the edge of the screen.

If your problem persists after clearing it from memory and relaunching the app, try the following:
  • Check that you have a working internet connection
  • Ensure your MouseHunt app is up-to-date by checking the App Store or Google Play
  • Uninstall the app and download it again from the App Store or Google Play
