Most purchasable items can be sent to friends using the Send Supplies page.
First, purchase the item for yourself. When it has been added to your inventory, visit the Send Supplies page, select the item, and then select the friend that will receive the item.
If sending a gift basket or supply kit, your friend will receive the Lucky Golden Shield upon opening it.
